More griffin doodles! I mat be stuck on the story dept, but I'm still having fun drawing these two....thats something right?

More Griffin comic sketches! Still trying to get a feel for Mr. Griffin character....I still like the smoother lines and simpler shapes...I think it balances out the volume of the lil gal better...

So as a result of my exciting and inspiring trip to MOCCA I have decided I might just attempt to do a lil comic of my own, Alas, I really have no idea how to go about doing this so any advice would be welcome! LOL!

I've started building up a little story around that Gryff girl I keep doodling, since she keeps popping up whenever I take time to draw. Last night I tried working out some designs for her griffin pal (who may or may not be named Duncan) I think I like the last couple ones the best so far, smoother lines and simpler shapes...what do y'all think?

So after being fired up to do AWESOMENESS after last weekend's MOCCA fest.....I got my ass kicked by some horrid illness. Perhaps this is the mythic Con-Mung I've heard so much about?

I feel this properly illustrates the way my head feels right now...

Sketching in the Park with Frenchies...

I had lunch in Bryant Park this afternoon and it was AMAZING OUT so I doodled for a bit....

The Gryff girl came back again...I would imagine when your best friend is a gryffin, the biggest problem would be keeping your skirts out of the poop when you visit his nest...



Also did I mention I LOVE Frenchies?
